Again King Fu, the renowned imprint of Dutch dj producer and label owner Alexander Koning, delivers a stunning trip into nowadays minimal techno. This time the tone is set by Croatian brainiac Tristy Nesh (Upstruct, Absolut Freak) and Swedish rising star Mikael Jonasson (Audiomatique, Harthouse), both getting a special Napolian treatment. On the A side things start with a subtle remix of Tristy Nesh Meteorites, done by Italian minimalist MAN D.A, taking the funk of the original to a straight up minimal techsound. On the B side its Mikael Jonasson who lets the Detroit influenced synths take his My Bad to a different level, giving the track a deeper sound, sure to take any dancefloor to a certain climax. After that the party is not over, as Giancarlo Lanza reshapes Jonassons sound to an energyfueled outburst of Italian quality techno. At least, here are four tracks combining all the aspects of modern minimal techno, giving the steadily increasing King Fu label yet another face.
