Stop your grinnin and drop your linen as the Breakbeat Kaos clan unveil yet another package of absolute monstrous proportions. Making their debut appearance on BBK are Nero, a highly skilled production duo who until now have enjoyed much success on the likes of Formation and their own Punchy Recordings, but with this release their profile looks set to rocket sky-high. One of Andy Cs favourites of the moment, Act Like You Know is simplydevastating. With an intro of epic proportions it never fails to raise the arms and put a smile on the face with its lush, emotive string pads and male vox that reverberate around your brain. Kick rolls ensue and out of nowhere were rolling four to the floor, back to 95 hard-house style Not long after though comes the killer drop to smash the arena to bits, with a dirty pummeling bassline battling it out with a rather large synth hook. The production levels jump off the scale with the return of the warm melodic pads to create a nu-jump-up destroyer that you wont forget in a hurry. Mahoosive! Flip over and the guys down the tempo to deliver a gruesome dubstep mix of the same track. Keeping the structure similar to the original this one intros with those gorgeous strings again before it grabs us by the neck to pick up where Chase & Statuss Eastern Jam left off. Watch those speaker cones! On to BBK029P which comes with Act Like You Know again but backed with the delightfully delicious Sound In Motion. A real party tune, this one boasts more rich beats with filtered synth and house sensibilities to rock the dance floors in to the early hours. Not to be missed.Huge DJ support from Andy C, Fresh, Adam F, Friction, Sub Focus, Cyantific, High Contrast, John B, DJ SS and anyone else lucky enough to have that all important AAA pass.
