As once established by a south coast cohort - Cell Out lurk in a Solent estuarine backwash. A diversification in style sees the inception of the label to house the Cell Out project. As yet, little has been revealed of the illusive make up behind the name, but the underpinning grooves, rhythm and percussive perfection remain the backbone of this wonderfully undefinable dance music.
