Dave Tarrida, a man who needs no introductions, joins forces with Gynoid Audio once again for the Damage Ep. The original brings us funk driven bass lines pushing and pulling under haunting 'bell' like stabs, all with a twist of Dave's special blend of glitch. On the remixes we have Funk D'Void, Beroshima and Angel Alanis. Sir Void (as he should be known) takes us way back to the days of Warehouse parties with Rave bass, big stabs and fills. Reach for the lasers. Beroshima turns up the heat with a percussion heavy take that drops into a stellar break of stuttered synths a la 'The Bellvue Years'. Rounding out this well rounded release is Chicago veteran Angel Alanis, who, without losing any of the semi-creepy atmosphere of the original pulls it all back to his House roots and lays down the funk with a fat bass line and jazzed up percussion. Supported by Markus Suckut, Bas Mooy, Chris Liebing, Advanced Human, Speedy J, Dave Clarke, Shin Nishimura & many more ! Top reactions to 'Dave Tarrida - Damage EP' Nice package as expected. The original Damage and Angel's remix of it suits me best on this release. Very nice! Mattias Fridell Beroshima and Angel Alanis remixes sound cool. Markus Suckut i like that dark release a lot! my favourite remix is Beroshima, will play for sure! Claudio Masso Great release. Love the original & its discordant vibes. Funk D'Void do the original much justice with a big sound take. Beroshima puts a bit more groove in and Alanis takes it deep. Perfect to have different versions for different situations all true to the original. Full support! Sebastian Bayne Very nice release! Actually like all mixes! Good work ! Bas Mooy nice EP !!!! Beroshima Remix is the BEST !! DJ Warp Very strong release. Super hard to pick a fave but really love the old school rave vibe of the Funk D'Void remix! Ben Mill Angel Alanis version is great, full support on this! Logotech Downloading Chris Liebing cool pack.love all mixes!! Satoshi Fumi Great to see Dave still delivering the goods - love the original mix, and the remixes by the others are equally brilliant. Hard to pick one I prefer, really. Will definitely lob these babies at unsuspecting people here in Tokyo. Andrez Bergen / Little Nobody Thanks, will test Speedy J Funk D'void remix is really cool. I love it. Shin Nishimura Realness. Definition of fresh. All tracks are great. Love the brake in the Angel Alanis mix. But if i have to pick one its the Funk D'Void Mix, stomper, bass just does it. Great work all through. Sizemoreism Funk d'void's mix is the one for me here Dave Clarke
