GOLDFISH UND DER DULZ are back on Playhouse. After a break of nearly five years, this spring we got a new single of the deepsea-techno veterans from Bremen. In the meantime they beamt up their trademark-sound into the presence, but remained true to their distinctive style. On the A-Side they get down to buisness with LOVE ME FENDER at once after a short intro. They start with a soft kickin' Bassdrum, but after a minute GOLDFISH UND DER DULZ forget every rest of decency and let the partyanimals out of the nice nextdoor techno-producers: In LOVE ME FENDER the bass is still allowed to be a real BASS and is standing in the center of the whole track, making a crushing row enough for two tracks. And just because we're having so much fun with it, GOLDFISH UND DER DULZ modulate this booming, rattling piece of a bass through the whole track into more and more absurd highs and downs. On the B-side, FENDER MY LOVE, there are more acurate and clear sounds than on the bass-monster on the A-side. Here GOLDFISH UND DER DULZ put tracks upon tracks in a beautiful way, where the whole sounds seem to chase each other all the time but which doesn't sound like 'too much' in any second. Good to have you back on bord, Mr. GOLDFISH and Mr. DULZ.
