Black Sun Empire's latest project, 'Lights And Wires' is the long awaited follow up to 2007's 'Endangered Species' and shows the trio flexing their musical muscles. One half of the album vinyl is set to be released on Shadows Of The Empire, containing a pick of the dubstep tracks taken from 'Lights And Wires'. >From the opening bars of 'The 405' it's clear that Black Sun Empire have retained their distinctly stark techno influences blended with a more refined edge. 'Dirty Friday' strays further and deeper, mellowing the aggressive undertones with wide-open synths and delicately placed sound effects. Teaming up with SPL, Black Sun Empire bring you 'Wasteland', a track with an epic intro that drops into an apocalyptic vision of the future. Finally 'Brommer' enthralls as creeping effects are married with light, skipping beats and captivating bass.
