The 23 year old music student Ricardo Tobar from the seaside town of Vina del Mar in Chile is one of the upcoming stars at Border Community and is now releasing his debut 12 with Traum! Tobars a-side track La Otra Playa is an explosive electronic grunge piece of music with lots of feedback and noises on top of a wonderful melodic carpet. It is introspective music clouded with melancholy and counteracts with sure brutal force but lets sun beams shine through from time to time, in all creating a dramatic composition.
